Nordic Wellth allows people to order health tests and get help with any necessary lifestyle and dietary changes, without leaving their homes.
How do I order a blood test?
First, you order your blood test on the lab tests page. Then you drop into your local doctor's office/laboratory to take the test. If you need any help ordering your health test, you can email us and we will respond within 24 hours.
You need to wait at least three hours to do your test from when you ordered it.
The test referral is valid for three months.
Where can I take my blood test?
Please look at our map on the testing locations page for information about where you can take your test. It is important to go to one of the listed clinics/laboratories because this is where the referral is located electronically. Please check your chosen lab for any specific information regarding drop in hours/opening hours.
When can I take my blood test?
As soon as you order your test, the lab receives the referral electronically. You do not get an invitation by the lab in the post or by email. However you need to wait at least three hours from the time you order it to when you take your test.
Please follow these instructions:

Fast for at least 10 hours before taking your blood test, as many blood tests should be taken on an empty stomach.

Take your blood test between 7 and 9,30 am. Some clinics will not do testing after 10 am. Ideally take your test within a couple of hours after wakening.

Please come 10-15 minutes before your blood test so that you have time to relax, as stress can affect your results.

Bring your ID and show it to the nurse taking the blood (Swedish driver's license, identity card or passport). You need to have a valid Swedish personal ID number or the lab will not take the test.

Avoiding drinking alcohol the day before taking a blood test.

Take any medication and supplements after taking your test.
- If possible avoid taking supplements 24 hours prior to your test.
When the test analysis is fully completed, this may take a few days up to 1-2 weeks depending on the markers, you will receive a written explanation of the results. Where appropriate we will provide lifestyle and/or dietary suggestions. At the moment, your test answer will be sent to you by post. Please note that we will only be able to provide detailed explanations or nutrition plans if you book a consultation, and have completed a health questionnaire and food diary. This way, you are covered by insurance.

Vi är näringsterapeuter med examen i personlig nutrition och vi grundade Nordic Wellth för att digitalisera vår klinik, vilket möjliggör för människor att både beställa hälsotester och få hjälp med nödvändiga livsstils- och kostförändringar. Först beställer du din/dina blodprover och sedan går du till ditt vårdcentral eller ett lab/sjukhus nära dig för att ta provet. Vänligen kolla vår hemsida under testing locations var du kan ta ditt test. Det är viktigt att gå till någon av de listade klinikerna/laboratorierna, eftersom det är här remissen finns elektroniskt.
När kan jag ta mitt blodprov?
Remissen finns hos labbet så fort du betalat. Du får ingen kallelse utan det är bara att gå och ta ditt test när det passar dig.
Hur fungerar processen?
Först beställer du dina blodprover på sidan för laboratorietester och sedan går du in på ditt lokala hälsolaboratorium för att ta testet. Om du behöver hjälp med att beställa ditt hälsotest kan du skicka ett meddelande eller ringa oss.

Fasta i minst 10 timmar innan du tar ditt test

Ta ditt prov innan 10.00

Kom gärna 10-15 minuter innan din provtagning så att du hinner slappna av då stress kan påverka ditt resultat.

Ta med dig legitimation, som svenskt körkort eller ID-kort.

Undvika alkohol dagen innan du tar ett blodprov.

Ta alla mediciner eller tillskott som inte behöver tas tidigt på morgonen efter att du har tagit ditt prov.
När analysen helt är klar kommer du att få en skriftlig förklaring av resultaten med eventuell lämplig livsstils- eller kost information. För tillfälligt kommer ditt provsvar att skickas till dig med post. Du får ditt provsvar och återkoppling så fort alla biomarkörer analyserar vilket oftast tar någon dag men ibland kan det ta längre. Observera att vi endast kommer att kunna ge detaljerade förklaringar eller kostplaner om du bokar en konsultation och har fyllt i ett fullständigt frågeformulär och matdagbok. På så sätt täcks du av försäkringen.
