Nordic Wellth (“Nordic Wellth”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers an online wellness platform allowing individuals (“Customers”) to purchase health and wellness-related products and services such as laboratory tests, receive results from the laboratory and consult healthcare practitioners (“Practitioners”) for advice and information (“Services”).

2. GENERAL
2.1. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) form a binding agreement between you and us, whether or not you register and become a Customer or Practitioner (each, a “Registered User”), or simply browse the Site as a “Visitor”, where "you" or “your” refers to the person accessing or using the Site or Services. Registered Users and Visitors may be referred to collectively as “Users”.2.2. By making a purchase you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are not under someone else’s guardianship.
2.3. We may, at our sole discretion, amend, add, or delete parts of these T&Cs at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to remain updated and check for amendments before using the Site or Services. A User’s continued use of the Site or Services, following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the User’s acceptance of any changes. Certain Services available through our Site may have their own terms and conditions that apply to your use of those Services. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any of those other written oronline terms and conditions or agreements you may have or will have with Nordic Wellth (“Separate Nordic Wellth Agreements”). To the extent that there is any conflict between these T&Cs and any Separate Nordic Wellth Agreement, the terms of the Separate Nordic Wellth Agreements will apply.
2.4. By purchasing product(s) and/or service (s) from our range, ordering tests, registering a user account with us, and/or using any of our Services in any other way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.
2.5. Nordic Wellth reserves the right to discontinue the Site or the Services without notice. Nordic Wellth will not be liable to you or any third party for exercising this right.
2.6. Nordic Wellth reserves the right to modify the Site or Services without notice.
2.7. Nordic Wellth does not warrant that any information, articles, pictures or graphic depictions, descriptions, or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, updated, current, or error-free. If you become aware of any errors or inconsistencies in the information provided, you agree to immediately notify Nordic Wellth and not to use any errors or inconsistencies in a way that could be harmful to Nordic Wellth.
2.8. To purchase our test services independently, you must be over 18 years of age. Our Services are available to under-18s only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
2.9. Nordic Wellth follows consumer law (1990:932) and other consumer laws.
3. CONSUMER INTEGRITY

4.1. The prices on our website are given in Swedish Kronor.4.2. There is no VAT on tests because these services are ordered by a doctor, and considered a medical service.
4.3. Medical consultations do not attract VAT. VAT on food supplements is charged at 12%. VAT on consultations with nutritionists and other services is charged at 25%.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Nordic Wellth uses Klarna’s highly secure payment service, Klarna Checkout, to take payments. Follow the instructions on Klarna Checkout to see the available alternatives and their terms and conditions. We currently offer the following payment methods: partial or full payment with a credit card, invoice payment, direct bank payment (where available), and Swish.5.2 If you choose to pay with a credit card, your card will be debited according to the payment method you choose with our payment provider, Klarna AB.
6. RETURNS
6.1. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the order date.6.2. 7. DELIVERY
7.1. If you choose to pay with a credit card, your card will be debited according to the payment method you choose with our payment provider, Klarna AB.7.2. We are only liable to deliver goods that are available in our storage or where applicable our partners’ storage. If we discover that a product is out of stock, Nordic Wellth reserves the right to inform you and issue a refund within a reasonable time frame, instead of delivering the product.
7.3. Products ordered from Nordic Wellth can be delivered to any address within Europe, provided the correct postage fee is paid.
7.4. Nordic Wellth gives no guarantee that a product will be delivered within a particular time frame and no compensation will be paid for late delivery. If approximate delivery time is given in working days, this excludes bank holidays and/or ‘red days’ in any relevant country, including, but not limited to, midsummer, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and any other relevant national or international holidays.
7.5. We deliver your products to the delivery address you provide when you place your order.
7.6. If you place your order before 14:00 (CET) your package will be shipped the same day.
7.7. If you place your order after 14:00 (CET) your order will be shipped on the next business day.
8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DISCOUNTS
8.1. Discounts are offers that cannot be purchased, but are part of Nordic Wellth’s marketing and are only applicable and available during a limited time period.8.2. Discount codes can only be used once per order, and only if they remain valid. Some brands and/or products and/or services may be excluded from the offer, which means that discounts can’t be used for the purchase of those goods and/or services. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. It may be necessary to spend a certain amount before a discount code can be used.
8.3. The total order value for products must be equivalent to - or higher than - the value of the discount.
8.4. It is not possible to trade a discount code for cash value. Discount codes do not accrue interest.
8.5. You can only use a discount code before you place an order, you cannot use a discount code retroactively. Personal discount codes cannot be passed on to a third party. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
8.6. If you decide to return one or more products for an order for which you have used a discount code and this results in a situation where the total order value is less than the discount code, we reserve the right to charge you full price for the goods you keep.
9. TESTS
Sub-suppliers9.1. Nordic Wellth collaborates with several medical laboratories (“Medical Laboratory Suppliers”) to which samples are sent and analysed.
9.2. Tests are ordered via the internet or a Health Practitioner. The service is aimed at private individuals and companies.
9.3. Nordic Wellth is not liable for technical errors caused by our Medical Laboratory Suppliers, or laboratory errors that occur during sampling and analysis. Nordic Wellth reserves the right to subcontract other services as deemed necessary.
9.4. To order blood tests, you must have a Swedish personal number (“Personal Number”) and an email address, so that our doctors can handle your referral.
9.5. Nordic Wellth is a complement to the established health service, not a replacement.
9.6. A blood test is a part of your overall health picture and a blood test cannot determine conclusively whether you are sick or well. For several reasons, it is possible that a blood test may mislead or give a false picture of your current health. If you think that you need to visit a doctor, you should do so regardless of whether you have taken a blood test from Nordic Wellth.

Personal Journal
9.8. When placing an order with us, you agree that your personal details such as name, address, and Personal Number and/or organization number will be registered in our customer register/journal and used as necessary for the purpose of carrying out the Services.
Time to Complete Order
9.9. Orders are stored by our laboratory partners for 3 months. If the test is not undertaken within 3 months the order will lapse. If this happens, please call us and we will see if it is possible to help.
Test Results
9.10. The time it takes to get your results can vary, depending on how often a test is undertaken and how long our Medical Laboratory Suppliers take to report the results. Some test results will be available within a few hours of taking the test, whilst others can take up to several weeks to report. Your results are encrypted with XX (id-verification) for security reasons.
Responsibility for results
9.11. Customers have responsibility for their own results. Our doctor will provide feedback, but it is your responsibility to visit your doctor if recommended to do so.
Cancellation
9.12. It is possible to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel, send an email to hello @ nordicwellth.com within 14 days of your order delivery.
10. INSURANCE
10.1. Nordic Wellth AB has a patient insurance policy.11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CARDS
11.1. A gift card can be used to purchase products and services on our site. A gift card cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.11.2. If the order total value exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the remainder using any of the payment methods that we offer.
11.3. It is not possible to redeem a gift card for cash and no interest is payable on a gift card.
12. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
12.1. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact Nordic Wellth AB in the first instance. Your complaint will be handled in accordance with our complaints policy12.2. It is not possible to redeem a gift card for cash and no interest is payable on a gift card.
13. PERSONAL INFORMATION
13.1 When you purchase online at NordicWellth.se you will be registered as a user (“User”), an account will be created for you and you will submit personal information. You are required to enter your name, email address, password (“Password”), and certain other information collected by Nordic Wellth, depending on whether you are a Subscriber or a Health Advisor.13.2 All uses of your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
13.3 You certify that all information you provide to Nordic Wellth is true and complete at all times. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is not true or complete, we reserve the right to deny or terminate your access to the Site or Services (or any portion thereof).
13.4 When ordering a test, once your test is handled and analysed by our lab partners, Nordic Wellth will record data that is considered sensitive information. Nordic Wellth saves your information in accordance with our personal data policy, with GDPR (link), and in accordance with the Patient Data Act (2008: 355). By using our services, you certify that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our privacy policy.
13.5 Certain Services may only be available to Registered Users who are required to set up an account prior to accessing such Services (“Account”) and execute a Separate Nordic Wellth Agreement.
13.6 You may not transfer or share your Password or Account (collectively, the “Account Information”) with anyone. You have sole responsibility for protecting your password and login information and you are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Password or Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account Information or any other security breach.
13.7 Without limiting any other rights that Nordic Wellth may have, Nordic Wellth reserves the right to take any and all action, as Nordic Wellth deems reasonable and/or necessary, regarding the security of the Site and your Account, including, without limitation, account termination, change of Password and/or requesting additional information before authorizing activity or transactions on your Account.
13.8 Notwithstanding the above, if your account is accessed or your password is used by someone else, Nordic Wellth may rely on that person’s authority and shall in no event and under no circumstances be held responsible or liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or inaction of Nordic Wellth under this provision, (ii) any compromise of the confidentiality of your Account or Password, and (iii) any unauthorized access to your Account or use of your Password. Accessing and or using someone else’s Account is prohibited.
14. ACCESS RIGHTS
14.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access to the Site and the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use only as permitted under these Terms and Conditions and any Separate Nordic Wellth Agreements you may have entered into with us (“Access Rights”).14.2 You agree not to, and not attempt to: (a) interfere in any way with the Site’s operation, services, hardware or network; (b) rent, sell, lease, distribute, sublicense, assign, export, or transfer in any other manner any rights under this Agreement or otherwise use the Services or Site for the benefit of a third party; (c) modify, copy, make derivative works based on any part of the Services, the Site or any underlying software, technology or other information, including any printed materials of the same or otherwise use the information provided herein; (d) create Internet "links" to or from the Services or Site, or "frame" or "mirror" any of Nordic Wellth’s content which forms part of the Services or Site; or (e) otherwise use the Services or Site in any manner that exceeds the scope of use granted above.
14.3 Any use of third party software provided in connection with the Site or Services will be governed by third parties’ licenses and not by these Terms and Conditions. You agree to be responsible for any activity or omission of any user that accesses the Site or Services under your Account or using your Password that, if undertaken by you, would be a violation of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that any such act or omission shall be deemed a violation of these Terms and Conditions by you. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny the use of the Site or Services to anyone for any reason.
15. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
15.1 By using the Site and/or the Services, you agree to use the Site and/or Services in a way that does not: (a) violate any relevant laws; (b) harass or harm another individual; (c) collect or store personal data about other users or attempt to do the same; (d) impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services or servers or networks connected to the Site or Services. You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site or Services, use of the Site or Services, or access to the Site or Services for any purposes other than for which the Site or Services are being provided to you.16. SECURITY
16.1 While there is no such thing as "perfect internet security", we will take reasonable steps to help ensure the safety of your personally identifying information.16.2 By using the Site and the Services, you understand and agree that Nordic Wellth cannot guarantee that the use of the Site is invulnerable to all security breaches and that Nordic Wellth makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that use of any of our Site is completely protected from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.
16.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programmes, data, or other propriety material due to your use of the Site and any Services we enable, or the downloading any content of websites linked to it.
17. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND MONITORING
17.1 Nordic Wellth may share information about other products and services that are not manufactured or otherwise created by Nordic Wellth. Except for Nordic Wellth branded information, products, or services that are identified as being offered by Nordic Wellth, Nordic Wellth does not operate, control, or endorse any information, products, or services on the Site or accessible through the Site in any way and will not be responsible for examining or evaluating such products or services.17.2 This does not signify Nordic Wellth’s endorsement of the contents of such information or services.
17.2 Nordic Wellth does not guarantee or provide warranties on the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their websites. Nordic Wellth does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, security, safety, and/or content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
17.4 Access to any other services or websites linked to the Site is performed at your own risk. When leaving the Site, you should carefully review any relevant external terms and/or policies, including privacy and data-gathering practices, of any such third-party website.
18. OWNERSHIP
18.1 The software, code, proprietary methods, and systems used to provide the Site or Services (“Our Technology”) and the content of the Site and Services (“Our Content”) are (1) copyrighted by Nordic Wellth and/or its licensors under international copyright laws and treaties around the world, (2) subject to other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws, and (3) owned by Nordic Wellth or its licensors. All such rights are reserved.18.2 Neither Our Content nor Our Technology may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, sold, offered for sale, or redistributed in any way without our prior written permission and the prior written permission of our applicable licensors.
18.3 You must abide by all copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in or attached to any of our Content or Our Technology and you may not remove or alter any such notice, information or restriction.
18.4 Your use of our Content and Technology must at all times comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional restrictions in any Separate Nordic Wellth Agreements you may have entered into with Nordic Wellth.
19. TERMINATION
19.1 You may delete your Account and end your registration for any reason and at any time by sending an email to hello @ nordicwellth.com.19.2 Nordic Wellth may terminate your use of the Site, your Account and/or registration at any time and for any reason. You understand that termination of your agreement with Nordic Wellth pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and your Account shall not entitle you to any refund and may result in the deletion of all of your information from our databases, including that uploaded by you. You agree that nordic wellth nor any of its employees, directors or associates shall not be liable to you or any other party for any termination of your access to the site or services or deletion of your account or content uploaded by you.
19.3 If you have a separate Nordic Wellth agreement, that agreement may contain different termination provisions for a particular Service. In that case, any termination provisions within those agreements for specific Services shall govern the termination of those Services.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
20.1 You expressly agree that the use of the Site or Services is at your sole risk. The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and Nordic Wellth is not and shall not be responsible for either the Site or the Services not being available at any time.20.2 Nordic Wellth expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, non-infringement, title, operability, condition, quiet enjoyment, value, the accuracy of data and system integration.
20.3 Nordic Wellth makes no warranty that the Site or Services will meet your requirements, or that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor does Nordic Wellth make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site or Services, or that defects in the Site or Services will be corrected. You understand and agree that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site or Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or information. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Nordic Wellth or through the Site or Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
20.4 The Site’s content is of a general informational nature. It is not intended to amount to advice of any kind, on which you should rely. You agree that you shall obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on the content on our Site, and Nordic Wellth shall not be responsible if you do not seek such advice.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
21.1 You understand and agree that to the extent permitted under applicable law, neither Nordic Wellth, nor its officers, employees, directors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenues, business interruption, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, use, data or other intangible losses (even if such parties were advised of, knew of, or should have known of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy), arising out of, or related to, your use of the Site or the Services.This applies regardless of whether such damages are based on tort, contract, (including negligence and strict liability), warranty, statute, or otherwise. The Site and Services are provided for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Site and the Services we enable for any commercial or business purposes.
21.2 The aggregate liability of Nordic Wellth to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site or the Services is limited to the lesser of (i) the fees actually paid by you for the use of the Services, or (ii) one hundred Swedish kroner (SEK 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations and disclaimers may not apply to you. To the extent that we may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim any implied warranty or limit its liabilities, the scope and duration of such warranty and the extent of our liability will be the minimum permitted under such applicable law.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
22.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nordic Wellth, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, co-branders, suppliers, and other contract relationships, and the officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents of each, and other Registered Users and Visitors, from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from (1) User Content and any information you submit, post or transmit through the Site or Services, (2) your use of the Site or Services, (3) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, (4) your violation of any rights of any other person or entity or (5) any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines23. TRADEMARKS
Some of the names, logos, and other materials displayed on the Site or in the Services may constitute trademarks, tradenames, service marks, or logos ("Marks") of Nordic Wellth or other entities. You understand that you are not permitted or authorised to use any such Marks. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associated therewith remains with us or those other entities.24. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS.
24.1 Some of the Services provided by Nordic Wellth are region specific and/or only available in certain geographical locations. Nordic Wellth thus makes no representation that all products, services, and/or material described on the Site, or the Services available through the Site, are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Sweden.24.2 Registered Users and Visitors access our Site and the Services at their own risk and on their own initiative and will be responsible for complying with local laws. If other companies affiliated with Nordic Wellth provide services and access to websites that may be linked to from Nordic Wellth’s Site, these and access to these will be governed by their own terms of use and not these Terms and Conditions and may be subject to laws of other local or international jurisdictions.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
25.1 Except for any Separate Nordic Wellth Agreements between you and Nordic Wellth, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive and final statement of the agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter contained here.25.2 As a consumer, you have the right to seek alternative dispute resolution if you have a complaint about a purchase that you have not been able to resolve directly with Nordic Wellth AB. Alternative dispute resolution is generally a quicker, cheaper, and more informal option than going to court, You can only use this option if you are an EU resident and the other party is established within the EU. One option is to use the online complaint platform available on the EU Commission's website, www.ec.europa.eu/odr, or contact the Public Complaints Board directly at www.arn.se. The Public Complaints Board is an approved committee for alternative dispute resolution and is subject to Directive 2013/11 / EU on a quick alternative dispute resolution in consumer disputes.
26. APPLICABLE LAWS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
26.1 The validity, interpretation, construction, and performance of these Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.26.2 Any dispute arising under or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved In the Swedish courts, except that either party may bring a claim related to intellectual property rights, or seek temporary and preliminary specific performance and injunctive relief, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
26.3 Nordic Wellth’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any court with proper jurisdiction rules any part of these Terms and Conditions invalid, the parties agree to ask the court to respect the parties' intentions and that the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Site or Services or these Terms and Conditions shall be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
26.4 You agree that nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates an agency or partnership.
26.5 You may not assign your rights under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment will be null and void.
27. VIOLATIONS
