Resveratrol Supreme contains the polyphenol resveratrol, which is mostly found in grapes, berries, peanuts and some unusual plants, like the Japanese knotweed plant (Polygonum).

Resveratrol is an antioxidant and it is thought to be involved in anti-aging via its action on the SirT1 gene. The polygonum used in Resveratrol Supreme is standardized to 50% resveratrol (trans form).
