This test measures levels of T3, a thyroid hormone produced directly by the thyroid, and by the conversion of another thyroid hormone known as T4 (thyroxin).
Together, T3 and T4 regulate your body temperature, metabolism, and heart rate.

Thyroid problems include hyperthyroidism (overproduction of thyroid hormones), hypothyroidism (underproduction of thyroid hormones), Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, and Graves’ Disease (two autoimmune thyroid conditions).
Unless you are retesting a previous result, we recommend ordering our complete Thyroid Package.
This test requires a blood draw, which can be done at your local clinic. It will be analysed by an accredited lab, such as Karolinska, Synlab, or Unilabs. The first results are usually available within 48h.
What happens next?
The lab sends the results to your personal dashboard, with comments from both a doctor and a nutritionist. If results are abnormal, we recommend seeing a doctor and, if appropriate, booking an appointment with a Nordic Wellth nutrition lifestyle specialist.
You may need to make lifestyle and dietary changes.
