This product contains high-quality, well-absorbed B vitamin forms. B-vitamins form a series of water-soluble vitamins, each of which has its own range of action, but as a complex also acts synergistically. The addition of NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride), also called coenzyme-1, completes the complex.
